Hokushin Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following basic policy for the protection of personal information (including personal data, hereinafter the same), and complies with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information.

- Inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and management of buildings and related facilities, including contracting for security and cleaning services
- Consulting services related to asset management of real estate, etc.
- Business related to solicitation and agency for non-life insurance
- Any business incidental to or associated with the foregoing items.
(2)Examples of Purposes for Use Stipulated in This Article:
- Exploring potential parties for contracts related to the sale, lease, brokerage, or mediation of real estate, including the provision of information necessary for contract formation, concluding and performing contracts (including the provision of services under the contract), and performing ancillary or related tasks (such as mediating or acting as an agent for various insurance related to real estate).
- Management, operation, security, or emergency response related to real estate.
- Correspondence or inquiry handling via postal mail, email, or telephone regarding transactions with customers.
- Management of membership information within organizations operated by our company, provision of various services to members, and handling of correspondence or inquiries via postal mail, email, or telephone related to the provision of services to members.
2.For the execution of the Companyʼs business or the delivery of products and services offered by the Company

- Disseminating information about or responding to inquiries regarding various seminars, webinars, campaigns, and events.

Article 2: Acquisition and Use of Related Personal Information
Our company may obtain browsing and usage history of websites, along with analysis results collected via
Cookies, advertising IDs (identifiers for smartphone devices), and other similar technologies (hereinafter
referred to as “Cookies, etc.”) from third-party data service providers. This information will be used to
improve the convenience of our website, for statistical analysis regarding usage patterns, and for purposes
such as targeted advertising. Additionally, we may link this information with membership data from
organizations operated by our company and use it for advertising and other purposes.
Furthermore, we may obtain browsing and usage history of websites, along with analysis results collected via
Cookies, etc., from our group companies. This information will also be linked with the aforementioned
membership data and used within the necessary scope to achieve the purposes outlined in ‘Article 1: Purpose
of Use,’ items 1 through 3.
Article 3: Supervision of Subcontractors
Our company may entrust the handling of customers’ personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in the above ‘Article 1: Purpose of Use,’ items 1 through 3. Examples of such entrustment include engaging real estate agents who act as intermediaries for contracting or fulfilling real estate sales, leasing, or related agreements; designated distribution organizations; financial institutions involved in financing real estate transactions; judicial scriveners or other specialists involved in the registration of real estate transactions; and, depending on the nature and form of the real estate transaction, insurance companies, property management companies, or guarantee companies.
In the event that personal information is entrusted to a third party, we will exercise appropriate oversight of the entrusted party to ensure that the personal information is securely managed.

Our company may collaborate with our group companies in the use of customers’ personal information as specified below:

Please note that a processing fee of 1,600 yen, payable via postal money order (issued by the post office), must accompany each request for personal data disclosure.
