Basic Information

Minato Ward is located in the southeastern part of Tokyo, facing Tokyo Bay. Together with Chiyoda Ward to the north and Chuo Ward to the east, it is known as one of Tokyo’s “three central wards.” Minato Ward is highly internationalized and has one of the highest densities of luxury residential areas. It is home to many foreign company headquarters and embassies, making it a hub for business and diplomatic activities. This area boasts excellent transportation options with numerous subway lines and is well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Famous attractions such as Tokyo Tower, Roppongi Hills, and Odaiba, as well as the recently established Azabudai Hills, attract a large number of tourists and residents. As a result, Minato Ward enjoys considerable international recognition.
